Ongoing saga with landline

OK so 12 days in and no closer to repair, engineer was booked for sat 9th, to repair landline, Virgin then cancelled him and said they were doing a check their end with a network problem, three days later messaged me to say all services are working again "if anyone from virgin reads this "IT'S THE LANDLINE THATS PLUGGED INTO THE WALL" I know there is a pandemic and other people are in need more than me but can we just get the right service looked at please, take care everyone.
