I have an ongoing issue with my home phone.
There is no dial tone and the phone rings but cannot be answered.
This has been intermittent since April with numerous calls to Virgin and numerous engineers booked only to have Virgin Cancel my appointment as it was found to be a network error.
As soon as someone calls in to my landline the issue re-occurs.
Of the 6 Engineer visits I have had booked 4 have been cancelled by Virgin and 2 have been cancelled without my knowledge the final one was supposed to be this evening has not shown up at all. On the phone I am being told again the appointment was cancelled but I had no text.
Currently I am on the Virgin telephonic merry go round and still no home resolution.
Helplines are not really helping either...
