I have an issue with my landline
It is two weeks now since I reported it
neither engineers nor support can get it resolved
Have any of you had the gumption to report this to your directors or CEO?
If not why not?
Do you even care
What EXACTLY are you doing to fix this problem
I want a written report detailing who has been informed of the problem and what
their reply was. I would like to know exactly to the minute who emailed who - who phoned who
etc etc etc
