On-going Phone Issue

Constantly having intermittent issues with landline.

Sometimes crackly line, sometimes line is dead, sometimes I am being told my line is constantly engaged, and other times it is working perfectly. My equipment has been changed.  Cannot get to speak to someone at VM to check the box, but all it does is direct me to book an engineer. These are faults that come and go.

Can you please confirm if you've already reinserted the cables to ensure they're secure? 

 

Let us know if this continues after this is checked as we'd need to book an engineer appointment for you if so.

Done all that, have purchased new phones etc.  Have booked and cancelled an engineer 3 times because the issue seems to be rectified but then reappears within a few days, this has been ongoing for over 6 weeks.
