Changed from SKY to VM last Thursday 5/11/20 .My old phone number has not transferred across.
Have had this number for over 30 years! Used by care line , doctors and Hospital so need it back urgently.

I'm sorry to hear there's an issue with porting over your number.
Is the line still active with your previous advisor? If the line isn't active this could be why the porting has failed.
The landline unfortunately was disconnected by SKY prior to VM installing . On advice I have tried to contact Sky to resurrect the line but am getting nowhere after several hours. Thank you for your reply.
