Obtaining a new landline number

Hi, I am setting up a new account as a new home owner - for landline & broadband. There is no existing landline at my new address. Do I have to firstly obtain a new landline number or will one be allocated by Virgin media as part of the set up / installation process?

Re: Obtaining a new landline number

If you've ordered home phone, a number will be allocated to you.

You'll be notified by email or text what it is, but you can also dial 174 from your landline once it's running to find out the number.

You will need to provide your own handset for the landline.

Re: Obtaining a new landline number

The second. Your new address does not require a separate landline. VM phone provision for all new customers is by direct connection to the broadband hub.
