Number porting

Hello, my Virgin package installation is in 2 weeks and I requested keeping my current home phone number. I’m sure I wasn’t asked my current home phone number when agreeing the Virgin contract. Is this ok? Will the number be ported or do I need to inform Virgin. My Sky contract expires a couple of days after the Virgin installation. Thanks

Thanks for letting us know about this 

When we request for an existing number to be brought across for new customers from another company

We do need to allow 10 days from the day of installation 

You will have a temporary number until your existing number ports over 

I am happy to check this for you

I will need to send you a private message to pass security 
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great
