Hi. I'm trying to port my old landline number (still active with talk talk) to my new virgin account. I think a number port form has been submitted but haven't heard for a few days. Can I check on progress? I'm paying for the old talk talk contract until it switches over. Thanks

I'm sorry to hear that you're waiting on a landline number port from your previous provider to ourselves. Did you install our services in your home yourself, or did you have an engineer come to install it for you? Can you also confirm when the installation and activation of your services was completed?

It was home install.
Activation was Wednesday 14th Sep.

Thank you very much for confirming that for me. Once you've installed and activated the services, we begin the process of switching the number over to our network for you. However, it can take up to 10 days for that to complete.
If you have any further issues with this after the 10 days have passed then please let us know.
