Number port from BT

Hi 2 requests have been completed to transfer my number from BT to virgin. Last port should of taken place on the 29 dec but nothing was done. Have had no update. Someone please help as I don’t want to continue with contract if you can’t port in my number

the most common reason for number ports to fail is if the old number has been cancelled or has had a request to cancel put on the account.

is the BT account still active with no cancelation request no the line

Hi thanks for your message. Yes the BT line is still active with no cancellation pending. 
i was advised by virgin media that they will contact them to arrange it.

thanks for the message. The lady I spoke to advised that it was put through again on the 29th but have no date when it will switch over. That’s all that was confirmed.

hope your well. 

another one for you. Had to ring from mobile as landline not working.  Currently speaking to someone in India, and I  Apparently  don’t have broadband or phone line anymore as of today. wth!! Given account number and phone number. Please help
