Just made a new order for broadband+phone yesterday and maybe I missed it but there was no option to ask for a number port from BT.
The installation date is 16th January and my BT contract (phone + broadband) is ending on 13th of February. I haven't gotten in touch with BT at all yet.
How do I ask for a number port from virgin on a new order?
