Hi - when i type 141 to conceal my number, I hear a message saying "the service requested is not available from this line"
Is this a fault? I am on Talk More Anytime package.

No - not aware its been activated in the past. The document you provided implies it should be possible, but still denied!

141 Number conceal needs to have Virgin voicemail activated, it transpires.
