Hi Hope can get some suggestions. Just transferred my parents serviced to Virgin- Requested a number port on application and back up line for emergency services-
Confirmed before via call centre port has been requested and take 14 days. - before fitting-
Engineer fitted- but confirmed no port showing on his system or back up phone box. Advised to call - been trying to get thru and mixed answers as above.
Issue is that parants a shielding - disabled and the phone is connected to the emergency life saver button- so keen to get this sorted. And now paying out for two lines- as have read not to cancel the talktalk service. - Dispite us giving almsot 30 days notice to virgin about port etc.
Any thoughts- way i can check if porting in process-? Any help appreciated
