Hi kevsterx, the number would need to remain active until the port is successful. We would start the porting process and contact BT telling them that we need the number. This would usually take up to 10 working days since requested? ^Chris.
I wasn't asked when I ordered the upgrade. Is there a contact number I can arrange to do the port. I'm not going to cancel the BT contract until I've sorted everything out. Just wanted to know who to contract to provide the details so that when its installed next week the proess can begin. Was worried about if it had been installed it was too late.
