I have been a Virgin customer for almost 1 year, since then I have had non-stop nuisance calls, asking for taxi's, takeaways, different people's names. They have been constant. I phoned to ask to change my number and was told I needed to register with TPS. I did so months ago and the calls keep coming - up to 10 a day. The caller doesn't listen when I say they have the wrong number! And I'm supposed to ex-directory! Help!
