My MIL’s home phone never works in the rain. She relies on it for her emergency assistance that calls for help if she has a fall or something.
should she be losing her home phone every time it rains or is something faulty that should be fixed?
That is a sure sign that the connection has deteriorated, usually in the omnibox outside which is prone to moisture ingress.
