For the past few days my sister and mum have tried to call me on my landline and keep getting a message that the number is not recognised? Everyone else gets through no problem.
I have rung 150 but all i keep getting told is there is no problem with the line and it must be the callers end where the problem lies. This cant be so as one is calling from a talk talk landline and the other from a 3 mobile.
Currently feels like im banging my head against a brick wall with 150

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having some issues with your landline and you haven't been able to receive some calls. I've been able to locate your account we have raised a ticket with our second line landline team - they will be investigating this issue further for you and will seek to make contact with you within the next 48 hours.
