Hi thanks for the info, i have checked, called my mobile and its my correct number thats coming up, when i spoke to them this morning they said it was a porting issue and would be resolved within 4 hours, i dont understand why this would happen now anyway as ive been with them at least 10 years, had a family funeral today and ive had so many people call me and cant get hold of me, its ridiculous, I really needed this to be resolved, no doubt it will take me hours to get through to them again tomorrow
