had internet & phone installed a couple of days ago, I can make calls but am unable to receive them. Installation engineer said would be sorted within 24 hours when existing number ported from BT, didn’t work, spoke to customer service who said a further 24 hours for it to be working, and it still isn’t!

I've taken a peek at your telephone status and it appears that we were waiting for the Telephony Department to trigger the port from BT. I've done this for you as I can see the instruction request has already been made by our back office team and I didn't want it to be delayed any further. Please give 24 hours for BT's system to complete the request and let us know if you still can't receive any calls.
