Hi I received the emails that my phone would be switched over ant that I would receive an adapter to allow me continue to use my number.
I have not received the adapter and now my phone has stopped working, obviously I cannot dial Virgin from the phone as there is no ringtone,
How do i get this resolved for a service i am continuing to pay for
