There seems to be a redesign of the website. When you look at my bills section you can no longer see a breakdown of call numbers, i.e those called outside your call allowance. Also no longer able to see list of calls since last billing date. I need to see this as I need check when calls have been made and the cost. Previously this was possible but I can no longer seem to access this information.
What type of device are you using to view your account? Do you have 'full itemisation' set up for your phone bills?
Via a web browser on PC/laptop and 'My Virgin Media', then My Bills (tab)>>View my bills>>Overview (tab) and expanding the 'Phone' section should show any pending charges. If the call is within your call allowance then I don't think those are listed anywhere.
Help page on billing below seems up to date with layouts etc.
