Norwich - changeover

Good morning

Please advise the current situation regarding the VOIP changeover, Glenalmond, Norwich, as my mother has been without her phone since Wed. She needs an engineer to visit as she has a phone plugged into a wall socket. Being elderly, she is concerned she is out of contact via her landline.
