No working phone line

My phone hasn't worked since 20 June and I have been told that repairs will not be done until 25 OCTOBER. What is the situation regarding compensation - based on the £8 per day automatic compensation referred to on the website a figure of £728 has already accumulated but, obviously, nothing paid

With regards to compensation this is normally paid / credited to account once the fault has been rectified.
