Phone line is dead, have tried wired handset and test socket. Trying to contact VM and they just tell you to go to fault website which then tells you to ring them but even after 70mins on hold I get no answer and then they hang up. have called numerous times. Can't even call them on virgin mobile as that has poor signal and cuts out. Seem to be stuck in a loop.
