I've just had VM installed and I have no home phone service. When I check the status I get a message saying
'We've found an issue with your phone number being out of sync with the rest of your equipment.
Get in touch with our friendly team, who can give you some more help.'
The problem is I can't get through to 'our friendly team'. I am now on my second attempt and have been on hold for over 40mins.
It really isn't a good start for a new customer. Can anybody help please?
