Was with Virigin for years, tried BT for a 14 day period. Virgin offered a better deal so returned to Virgin.  When changing back Virgin made a mistake with one digit of my phone number and it could not receive incoming calls.  Virgin were unhelpful, until months later, I posted on this forum and a rep made it her business to help me. She advised to go back to BT take another 14 day trial to get original number back.  Great advice - I now have my original number, but, the woman who was helping me has left and it has been weeks and Virgin are messing around with taking the number from BT. BT's line was working fine until the day Virgin said they were taking it over. I am now paying VIRGIN and BT and neither line works properly - landline's cant call in....!

What next?
