We had our virgin installed yesterday, it was a straight change over service from our old home. We can not seem to find where the telephone cable should be plugged in? There is no wall socket for the phone.
All new install are now done with the telephone connection through the hub the engineer should have left you an adapter to plug in a normal phone cable into the port on the back that is marked Phone 1.
