Phone was working this morning (received and made calls), but not working for last few hours have no dial tone on either of my landline phones. Have checked phone connections etc. Service status was green earlier today, but currently page is not working so unable to check on current status.

Really sorry to hear that your landline is currently not working. I have check the systems at our side and can see that there is currently an area outage that is affecting landline in your area. You might find that your Virgin Phone service isn't working at the moment. We are investigating and working to resolve as quickly as possible. The estimated end time/date for this outage is currently today 5th October 2022 at 8:40pm. Please let us know if you still have no dial tone or have any further issues after this time and we'll check for updates.
