Can’t get to speak to anyone directly ; service is shocking ; Covid is not an excuse 6 months on .... not to have any advisors? Phone line went dead after engineer was at main junction ; now no wifi ; work from. Home so hellish situation ; 4 days for engineer? Maybe If I could speak to Someone they could get someone to get to the main junction box and look what someone has done!??????? Unbelievable ; is there any Virgin advisors on here??
