No phone service

Phone service has just been transferred but now have no dial tone or phone service and don’t know if my home number has been ported. Tried for over 60 minutes to get through to Virgin without success. Any suggestions PS have checked all handsets and it is the same.

Hi

Is this a new install?

if yes, is your telephone plugged into a wall socket or the hub?

New installs connect to the hub to receive the phone line.
