Over a week ago I posted that there was no phone service BR2 7JS apart from one response on here absolutely no contact from VM. There a number of people in my road who are affected and in the high risk category.
VM on there web page still suggest there there are no known faults it seems that they are either deliberate lying or incompetent. I really don't care which just want my phone service back and expect to have a reduced bill when the time comes.
We have a social distancing policy in place and would appreciate if you can stay in another room whilst the engineer is working in your property or stay a minimum of 2 meters from the engineer at all times.
