No phone service

I accept that their is a national problem with the virus but my issue is an absolute disgrace. I have no phone line, Virgin not accepting calls, no remote conversation working, won't allow you to check line, system states normal. I have an elderly mother who is high risk and can not reach me on home phone and I can't contact her.

All these ways to contact Virgin and check systems and none working, like i stated earlier absolute disgrace!

Have you tried another phone and checked for obvious damage inside and outside?
