Line is dead. Can't phone to ask for help. A friend of mine was sent a special plug for her phone (to improve service) I never got one - is this why I'm having problems? I don't know what to do.

I'm so sorry to hear that your landline is not working! We are migrating customer to a landline connection where an adaptor is sent out to connect the handset to the Hub.
Can I just confirm, have you had this adaptor sent out at all or anything sent from us?
