I have had no phone service now since the 10th October but virgin said they can see a line coming in, well we dont have a any line at all on our phone handset, I think its terrible we are still being charged, we now have no home phone and are pensioners, they said engineer cant come till end of the month so all this time with no phone , we cant go over to the new fibre line as hub upstairs , phone downstairs, so eng needed urgently.. I just want to cancel this whole service ..now
