No letter re switch over to a fibre line.
Garbled phone messages which sounded like cold call scams so I didn't reply.
No phone line when I returned from holiday.
An adaptor was waiting for me on my return. I have plugged it in and switched the Hub on and off. Nothing!
Appalling service. Please rectify asap!
