I’ve just checked my landline phone and it’s dead with a message saying check line cord I’ve run a test which came back saying no phone connected. What’s going on

I am sorry to hear that you are having some issues with your landline.
Please could you let me know, Is your landline connected via the traditional wall socket or via the hub?
