No phone line for 4 weeks

I had a sub-contractor cut the phone line 4 weeks ago. He was meant to come in and do a repull to sort out an issue with the pixelation on channels that I'm having on 2 of my TV's that are connected to TiVo boxes. Instead, he cut the phone line and left. I had 4 subcontractors from Kelly show up last week, they looked at it and said they can't do anything but will tell their manager. Spent 40 minutes smoking, and then left. I pay for services every month, and don't get anywhere close to what my package consists of.

Can I just ask what happened with the appointment on the 03/06 

As its saying here a repull was completed and there was 10 metres of asphalt obstructing it

I had 4 sub-contractors come in, look at the telephone wire has been pulled out. Then spent 40 minutes smoking and told me they have escalated it to their manager as they can't do it, and someone will be there within the hour. Obviously, the time has gone by and nothing has happened. It took me 3 weeks to wait for them to come in and do nothing.

Is there an update on this? I'm paying for a service that i'm not getting and want this resolved, as well as compensation for this matter.

Hello,

Can I ensure that the engineer will be able to fix this, and not come up with an excuse saying this is something that a sub-contractor will need to come in for?

This will be a Senior Engineer that will take ownership of any issue and not pass it back to contractors
