Can someone help me. Recently Virgin carried out some work around the Rossendale area (Wednesday I think).
Now we have no phone line. Can't make calls, can't receive them. It was working fine the other day. Can someone from Virgin contact me on here to try and sort it out. We need the phone line. It is important that we have it since my mums health hasn't been great the last couple of days.

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your landline, I have looked into this and can see that there is a an area fault with landlines in your area, the current estimated fix time for the issues is 4pm today but I hope that we can get the issues resolved sooner.
