No phone dial tone

Saw an engineer at main junction box today and since then I’ve no phone dial tone so no live line and thus now no Internet and I work from home and not one call centre person to speak to and 4 day wait for engineer when clearly the main junction something has been changed.  We have been no Covid for 6 months? How can the service still be so poor???

Re: No phone dial tone

Good morning @JS14

Welcome to the forum, thank you for taking the time to post.

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your phoneline.

Using the information you have provided on the forums, I have checked to see if we are able to offer you a sooner date, unfortunately you have the soonest appointment.

Kind regards,

Re: No phone dial tone

What are people supposed to do when work from home and lose all their services?  Ok for Virgin to say an engineer in 4 days ?? That’s 3 days too many??
