No phone again

For the third time in just one week the phone line is dead again, service is totally unacceptable. I am now starting to get seriously annoyed with Virgin, provide the service we pay for or will go to an alternative provider. Constant issues with the phone over the last year or so, what is going on.

Good Morning @TheGrims, thanks for your post on our Community Forums.

Sorry to hear of the landline phone issues. I've looked into the local area and there does appear to be an outage present, which is expected to run until 4pm today.

As with all outages, this is an estimate only, so this may be resolved either ahead of schedule or beyond this time frame.

To avoid any complications/mixed messages on the Forums, can I politely ask that you don't create multiple threads on the same issue?

I notice via this link, you have recently advised us of landline issues, and have been picked up and taken into a private message conversation by a colleague.
