What sort of question would you like to post (in addition to the one above)?!

Going from the title of the topic, an issue with incoming calls after landline switchover?

What specific problem(s) are you having with incoming calls?

No one can ring me. After 1 second of the phone ringing it cuts them off.But when checking my daily calls list there phone call is there.

Sounds like an issue that will require a VM forum team response and/or tech investigation.

If you are minded to, you could try another handset (borrowed from a friend, family member, neighbour) to eliminate a handset issue, don't buy a new phone.

Someone from the VM forum team will reply here shortly, usually in a day or two.

Thank you for your help. I'll have to wait for Vm response. Try using 3 different phones.

Hi Nathan

Done all that since switch over on 26August. We had problems with in coming or outgoing calls working properly .Even on hub for 2 days red phone appears and disappears.

I'm shocked at how virgin have not contacted me via phone as I have complained by email response last week.
