No one can ring me. After 1 second of the phone ringing it cuts them off.But when checking my daily calls list there phone call is there.
Sounds like an issue that will require a VM forum team response and/or tech investigation.
If you are minded to, you could try another handset (borrowed from a friend, family member, neighbour) to eliminate a handset issue, don't buy a new phone.

Done all that since switch over on 26August. We had problems with in coming or outgoing calls working properly .Even on hub for 2 days red phone appears and disappears.
I'm shocked at how virgin have not contacted me via phone as I have complained by email response last week.
