No number given for my landline

Tuning in

Bigger bundle + sports installed via Quick Start yesterday. When connecting the home phone, no dial tone, on pressing WPS button, static green icons show. I wasn't given a home phone number. I cancelled my TalkTalk contract and said I didn't want to transfer the number.

Anyone have any thoughts?

What's this all about?
I asked a simple question and get all this stuff thrown back at me.

Who is asking for the info? I respond here in good faith, doesn't anyone monitor what's going on?

Can someone just answer the question.....should I have been given a landline number with the Bigger Bundle + sports+ weekend calls?

Failing that, can someone provide a mailing address so I can make contact the old fashioned way? It seems that Chrome doesn't run well with Virgin, I keep getting error messages.

This is a communications company but at times communicating does seem to be a bit hit and miss.
