My elderly parents (90 and 85) have had no landline for over 24 hours now. They have spoken with Virgin on multiple occasions and keep being given different times on when it will be sorted which is clearly isnt. It is becoming very frustrating as they need access to a phone at all times. What else are we meant to do?
