Hi all,

I'm posting this on behalf of my grandad who struggles with technical things like this. He can't get in contact with anyone as the phones are completely down.

Could someone from Virgin Media please get in contact with him or arrange for an engineer as the phone line is connected to an old tele west box which seems to be the problem.
