Thanks for posting - apologies for the landline issue. How're things this morning? Normally we would promote our status page where by you firstly would pop your postcode in and any local faults will be shown. If nothing, you'd then sign in to it, using your online account details and run the fault test. Just advising that as your post was after we'd gone home last night so don't want you waiting for help 🙂
