No landline

 Landline not working since 30th June in household with elderly, shielding vulnerable and very recently bereaved person . Reported 1st July and not fixed within the 48 hrs ..Reported again Sat 4th July and still waiting.

what provision have Virgin made for their vulnerable Customers ?

Do they have a Virgin Media internet connection as part of the package?

Welcome to our community and thanks for posting. So sorry to hear that you're having issues with our landline services, we appreciate the inconvenience caused especially in the circumstances.

 

Can we ask if you have tried another handset in the master socket? Also if you have any extension sockets please can you make sure these are all unplugged.
