We've moved into our flat which has existing hub and landline port connections. But the landline doesn't work, there's no dial tone or noise - it's completely silent. I can't find our number anywhere on the bill to see if it's accepts calls. I've run a test and it says no phone is connected even though it is.
I can't connect the phone to the hub because the connection port is a different shape.
