No landline

My home landline isn't working (no dial tone, not receiving calls, message on handset reads CHECK LAND LINE). Going thru the Virgin Media Service check just ends up with a page "Oops something's broken". Other than posting a message here I an stumped as to how to report the fault.

I'm sorry your landline isn't working and you haven't been able to get the help you've needed.

 

If you're getting no dial tone and not able to receive calls, then we'll need to take a closer look at this.
