No landline

Im a new customer, contract started 24.4.2020, landline not worked since this date. Spoke to someone 5 weeks ago, this was getting looked into, have txted number advertised on social media, no response, phoned virgin media, to wait in a queue to then be cut off.

Is there no dial tone whatsoever on your landline? What make is your handset you're currently using and are you able to test another handset in the connection?
