I have checked all connection, all ok.


Status page as usual showing no problems .. same as last time, when mod verified there WAS an issue!!

can you pls test / rectify/ advise asap?

Sorry you have had to head back here again regarding the landline fault.

It is an issue in the area which is due to be reviewed by 4pm today

Hi Gareth, thanks for your quick reply.

This is really damned frustrating! as per last time VM status page again shows “no problem” so i again wasted 30 minutes of my Sunday morning unplugging the phone, scouring the internet for answers, sending you a message to ask about this issue etc, etc, etc..

while i really appreciate your prompt response can you please make contact with your companys relevant senior manager and ask them to get the faulty / incorrect status update sorted now!

Sure you will appreciate how infuriating this is so trust it will get sorted asap!!

I can certainly pass on your feedback. 

I know this is ironic when you have no landline, but we do have a service status number which is more up to date than online.

The number is 0800 561 0061.

ok thanks, ironic as you say, seems a bit pointless having a status page that is not up to date though!

The service status page can take longer to update as well mpearnvm1

Gareth .. tried to check on progress with the no landline issue via my Virgin Media online account …

This is what came back … really doesn’t help me or improve my opinion of VM.

can you pls update me / advise whats now wrong with access to my account?

Hi mpearnvm1, thanks for the reply. Would you be able to check other browsers to see if you are getting the same issue? This will show if the issue is just limited to one browser? - Chris
