Not all faults are registered on the Service Status page. This can be down to the fact that not all faults are apart of a wider issue and sometimes they can only affect a customer's individual connection.
I have had a look at things from this end and I am unable to find any reason as to what may be causing the issue. Can you please confirm if you are still affected by this?
If you are still having trouble, can you clarify whether you have a dial tone or not or if it's something else?
